DIG Scottsdale is all about promoting happiness and Zinc will absolutely put a smile on your face. This place is a little Paris-y with a little NYC-vibe mixed together with a Scottsdale twist. Step into this restaurant and leave the rest of the world behind. Great staff, wine, more wine, champagne, oysters, cheeses, food and desserts.
Zinc Is One Of My All Time Favorites
This post was my initial post when I launched DIG 8/13/2018 and today marks the one year anniversary of establishing DIG Scottsdale so I thought it was a perfect time to update this blog. 8/13 is also International Left Handed Day and I am a lefty so this is a no-brainer for me to celebrate today by thanking one of my favorite restaurants for all the great times and meals I have had at Zinc.

It’s like a little Parisian Bistro
There’s not just one thing that’s great about Zinc, which is why it’s been a favorite of mine since the first week I moved here. Craving French food I found this little gem and, oh gosh, not what I expected at all but I was thrilled for the discovery. This bistro is where you will never feel uncomfortable whether you’re dressed up in your best cocktail dress or coming off the golf course. At any point during the day or evening, you’ll see all types of attire and everyone just enjoying themselves.
Lunch Choices
The food is divine. Whether you have a staple lunch item like their smoked tuna sandwich or one of their daily specials, this is a lovely place for a shopping break, an upscale business meeting, date night or just to grab a drink alone or with friends. You will always feel welcome.
Their Decor
Zinc’s attention to detail with the decor and the pleasant ambient music makes you feel like you’re almost in Paris, but not quite. The champagne list, the wines, the oysters, the service — it will not disappoint.
Take A Break At Kierland
This is a must go place if you’re visiting Scottsdale, especially if you’re a foodie. If you’re shopping at Kierland or staying at the Westin Kierland, this is the place you want to stop and visit a few times. There are no happy hour specials but every hour there is a happy one when you’re sharing a glass at this beautiful establishment.
