Not Your Typical Brunch
The Mission does everything well. Whether you’re at their newer, more upscale location at Kierland or the original location in Old Town, you won’t go wrong. It’s always a treat to go to the Mission even if you just enjoy their cocktails. But Sunday brunch is totally the place to be.
Cocktails, Mimosas and Other Specials
Every Sunday, the Mission offers Pig Out from 11am to 3pm or until they run out. It features all you can eat pork tacos for $17 plus half price drink specials. Try a Mission Mary or Mission Mimosa or Mission Maria or better yet, just ask your bartender for their recommendation.
Craft Your Own Tacos
With a choice of slow roasted pork shoulder with a pineapple habenero glaze or pork carnitas made from pulled pork belly confit perfectly seasoned with Mexican oregano, cumin and lime atop hand-made tortillas, you can really go to town.
Everything is Done To Perfection
With two types of pork, a variety of toppings and four sauces to choose from, there is sure to be a way to please everyone at Mission’s brunch. The corn tortillas sit on top of a block of Himalayan sea salt to get the right saltiness to each taco.
Feed Your Feed With Picture Perfect Food
From the sunlight shimmering in on the bar, to the two levels of patios, the gorgeous bar, the beautiful people and the perfectly prepared food, you’re sure to find some Instagram worthy shots. This place is a must whether you’re in North or South Scottsdale.
The Mission Not On Sundays
If you miss out on Sunday brunch or just aren’t interested in pork tacos for some crazy reason, the Mission serves a variety of Latin-inspired foods from tostadas, duck empanadas, soups, salads and one of the favorites is table side guacamole.
